Columbia Community Foundation's 2010 Fall Gala Menu

Hors D’Oeuvres:

  • Cheese Platter — An assortment of domestic and imported cheeses with an assortment of crackers.
  • Vegetable Platter — An assortment of fresh seasonal vegetables and dipping sauces.

Dinner:

  • 10 oz. Prime Rib.
  • Stuffed Chicken Breast with Spinach & Cheese.
  • Long Bone Pork Chop.
  • Vegetarian Meal.

Sides:

  • Mixed Greens Salad.
  • Herb Roasted Yukon Gold Potatoes.
  • Green Beans Almondine.

Breads:

  • Assorted Rolls and Butter.

Desserts:

  • Mini Pastries — Assorted baklava, éclairs, cappuccino brownies, strawberry cream puffs, mini decadence, lemon rolls, and fruit tarts.

Beverages:
