The Columbia Chamber of Commerce Scholarship and Lucille MacClellan Memorial Scholarship were awarded to two deserving high school seniors.
January 2008:
The Columbia Chamber of Commerce Scholarship was permanently transferred to the Columbia Community Foundation, and the Lucille MacClellan Memorial Scholarship was created.

The Columbia Community Foundation officers were appointed.
